We will accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused caps within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to start the process.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Do you guarantee exact color matches on your caps?

No. This is the goal, but cannot be guaranteed when dealing with various dye lots.

Can we collect or will call goods at your location?

No.

How many caps per box?

This may vary, but typically 24 caps come in each box.

Do you only ship case quantities?

Yes. Quantities are shipped in multiples of 12.

Can I get a sample?

Yes. Authorized Dealers can get you a sample.

Can we ship on our freight account?

Yes. Once an account is verified, we can ship using account details.
